I ordered from elisabethandfaith.com and the fabric is fine, but not as soft as I thought it would be based on the photos. It’s not scratchy or anything, just a little thinner and stiffer than I was hoping for, so I was a bit disappointed when it arrived.
After one wash it did soften up a little, so I’ll still wear it, but it’s definitely not my favorite material, especially for the price. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or discount since it didn’t really match my expectations. Overall, it’s just average for me

I’ve used them twice now and both times felt totally legit. No weird delays or avoidable headaches, just a smooth experience overall.

i mean, customer service was alright overall, just not anything amazing. I had to wait a couple of days to hear back, which was a little annoying since I only needed a quick answer. But once they did reply, they were polite and helped get everything fixed. So yeah, not bad, but they could definitely be quicker with responses

Overall, I’m happy with it. The material feels nice, and the seams seem solid enough for normal use. It’s not absolutely perfect, but realistically, for what it is, it does the job well and feels like decent quality.

I bought this bag a few months back and use it almost every day. So far theres no loose stitching or weird wear that I can see. It still feels sturdy and looks nice too, so yeah I'm happy with it.

I just wish more items stayed available, or that there was clearer info about when things might be restocked.

I ordered a dress from elisabethandfaith.com and wasn’t totally sure what size to go with. I always overthink sizing online, especially with dresses, but it showed up pretty much how I expected, which was a relief.

I did use the size guide, and it was actually helpful. The waist fit nicely, maybe just a little snug, though not in a way that made me want to send it back. I kept thinking it might loosen up a bit while wearing it, or maybe that’s just me hoping fabric behaves the way I want it to.

I’m giving it 4 stars because overall the sizing was close and the dress fit well enough to keep. I just wish there had been a bit more detail about how much stretch the fabric had, since that’s the kind of thing I end up wondering about after I’ve already placed the order.
